Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered under the warranty provided by the manufacturer. To ensure the warranty remains valid, please inspect the product upon delivery. If any damage is detected, please request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the delivery. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or alterations to its original design will void the warranty.

Product Return Policy

Please review the following guidelines for product returns:

  • The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. You may request an exchange within 30 days. If the product defect is due to customer misuse, or the product has been used within the 14-day period, the return or exchange will not be accepted. Similarly, products that have been opened, damaged, used, returned without original packaging, warranty documents, or accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Single-use items, perishable goods, or items with a short shelf life are not eligible for return.

  • If your order arrives with any issue, you must notify info@juststandart.com on the same day of delivery. Our customer service team will respond to your request as soon as possible.

  • Returns must be sent using the courier company specified in the return process. You may send the product "Cash on Delivery" via Yurtiçi Kargo, our contracted courier service. Return shipments made through other courier services must be prepaid by the sender.

Products may only be returned if they are:

  • Unopened

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Unused

If the returned products arrive used, worn, or washed, we may have to return them to you. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Return Instructions:

  1. Go to the "My Account" section on https://juststandart.com and click on "My Orders."

  2. View your orders under the "Order List" section.

  3. Click the "Return" button on the relevant order.

  4. Select the product(s) you want to return and indicate the reason. If you purchased multiple quantities of the same item, select the quantity to return.

  5. Choose your shipping method.

  6. Take note of the return shipping code shown on screen. You can also find the return code in the “My Orders” section and in the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

  7. Place the product(s) and the original invoice into a single package. (Each shipment must be returned with a separate return code and packaged separately.) Deliver the package to the selected courier along with the return code. You do not need to specify a return address.

  • For guest checkout orders (non-registered users), please send your return together with the invoice as a "Cash on Delivery" shipment via Yurtiçi Kargo to our company address. Our support team will provide follow-up information regarding your return. You may also contact us at 444 1 572.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6052 on Consumer Protection.

Refunds

The refund for cancelled products will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. JUSTSTANDART has no control over the bank processing times.

  • For payments made via credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to your card. The processing time depends on your bank.

  • Refunds for installment payments will be made in installments by the bank.

  • For payments made via bank transfer (Havale/EFT), the refund will be transferred to your account after the return is approved.

  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
