Warranty & Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure that your warranty remains valid, please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If any damage is detected, do not accept the shipment and ask the courier to issue an official report. Any modifications made to the product, visible deformation, or alteration of its original design will void the warranty.
Product Return Policy
Please take note of the following conditions when returning a product:

The return period is 14 days from the date you receive the item.
You may request an exchange within 30 days.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Likewise, items whose protective packaging (such as seals or shrink wraps) has been opened, used, damaged, or returned without their original box, warranty certificate, or accessories cannot be accepted for return or exchange. -
Returns are not accepted for single-use products, perishable items, or goods that may expire within the return period.

Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible. -
You may return products using the shipping carrier specified during the return process.
For all return and exchange shipments, please use Yurtiçi Kargo with the “Cash on Delivery” option.
Returns sent via other carriers with the same option will have their shipping fees deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be:

Unopened
-
Unused
-
Undamaged
-
In resalable condition
If returned items are found to be used, worn, or washed, they will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Return

Go to the “My Account” section on juststandart.com.

Click on “My Orders.”

Select the order and click the “Return” button.

Choose the product(s) and the reason for the return.
(If you bought multiple units of the same item, specify the quantity to be returned.) -
Select the shipping method.

A return shipping code will be generated on the screen. You can also find this code in the “My Orders” page and in the email sent to your registered address.

Place the product(s) and the invoice in one package and deliver it to Yurtiçi Kargo using your return code.
(Each delivery requires a separate return code and package.)
For guest checkouts (non-registered users), you may send your return together with the invoice via Yurtiçi Kargo with “Cash on Delivery” to our company address. Our support team will contact you once your return has been processed. For assistance, you can also call 444 1 572.
All return and exchange conditions are subject to the Law No. 6052 on the Protection of Consumers of the Republic of Turkey.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original order.
JUSTSTANDART cannot influence the processing time of refunds, which may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Credit/Debit Card Payments:
Refunds will be credited back to your card. Processing time depends on your bank’s policies. -
Installment Payments:
Refunds will be made by your bank in the same number of installments as the original purchase. -
Bank Transfer (Havale/EFT):
Refunds will be made via bank transfer after your return has been approved. -
Cash on Delivery Orders:
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided account.
